For accepted OWCP claims, we bill the U.S. Department of Labor directly. You should not receive surprise out-of-pocket bills for covered, authorized treatment related to your accepted injury or illness.
All three: DFEC (federal employees under FECA), DEEOIC (energy/DOE occupational illness), and DCMWC (coal mine workers' black lung). Eligibility and coverage vary by program and case.
Bring your claim number, any acceptance or authorization letters, a photo ID, and prior records or imaging if you have them. Our team will handle the OWCP documentation from there.
